Hey Alan it’s me again I love my nubrella I just wanted to let you know I’m a triple amputee and lost the entirety of my left arm in Afghanistan and ordered your product to test out for amputees missing arms in the VA Healthcare system and I have to tell you I’m going next week to show it to the occupational therapists at the hospital in hopes that they will purchase nubrellas for other amputees in the system I am really impressed with how dry I stayed and how well it stayed in place I love the product and hope I can convince the VA to add the nubrella to their list of purchasable items thank you sir so much for this great help and easement of life!!!

If the Nubrella was a piece of toast, it would be the best piece of toast the world has ever seen!

I tried this Nubrella on one of those soaking wet rainy days. I wanted to really test it in the middle of the busiest place — Times Square. So I hopped onto a subway at rush hour with it.

In my hand, the Nubrella folded well on the crowded train and wasn’t in the way. I didn’t get any nasty stares. Once off of the train, I put it back on as easy as any backpack. And it’s comfortably lightweight!

A few feet away, the rain let up, and I was able to simply lower the hood/cover. Very cool. I felt good knowing that if the rain picked up again, I wouldn’t have to go digging around for my umbrella again.

Alan and his team have done a great job. I’m happy to support them and share the word.

We run a wiffle ball league in Southern Rhode Island — it’s a pretty serious league and we play rain or shine. During one match the rain was so bad that it was really getting in your eyes and making things quite difficult. But one guy showed up wearing one of these. We laughed at him real good, but then the last laugh was on us — I was bafffled at how good he was playing. While the rest of us were struggling, he had no issues batting or fielding. It was pretty impressive.

Now if only it could help me in my fantasy football league!!

Wow Alan! Thanks so much for persevering with this revolutionary product. I live in coastal British Columbia where we know rain. 50% of my work day is outside with a clipboard and 3 touchscreen smartphones, and the rain drops used to play havoc with the phones’ functionality. No longer a problem, thanks to Nubrella.

I wish I could just buy the backpack itself, but I might get one for my girlfriend with the backpackk and steal it XD

“5” I get around in a 4-wheel scooter and my son in a wheelchair and we are
both delighted with your wonderful invention, “The no-hands umbrella”.
Can’t wait until they are available! Thank you, Alan

Love Shark Tank, Love Nubrella. Congratulations on this great idea. Very few of the reviews seem to be geared towards outdoor sports. As an avid hunter and fisherman in the Northwest, I can see many possibilities for this innovative item. I am imagining waiting on a hunting stand in a downpour, rifle in hand, trying to keep myself and my equipment somewhat dry. Or hanging around a campfire in a drizzle. Hey, I’m sold. Can’t wait to see the Nubrella, along with options, arrive at Dick’s Sporting Goods, Cabela’s, Sportsman’s Warehouse, etc. etc. etc.
Thank you Alan, Thank you Damon

I live in Portland Oregon and this would be great for our long rainy season. Looks AWESOME!!!

What a GREAT IDEA! I walk on a cane & usually also have my beloved Viswla, Lilly. If there’s rain, I’m up that proverbial creek, without a free hand to paddle a parasol. Nubrella could have been designed for seniors like me, built with us firmly at heart & clearly in mind (even though I doubt we old folks were the inspiration). I can’t wait for when Spring has sprung, as my young-parent neighbors are struggling in a shower, juggling toddling kids & nosy-ing dogs. I can see them (through my clear plastic bubble) drooling like their puppies over my cool convenience. This is the next plateau in “bumbershoots..” It’s a bumber-bull’s-eye. KUDOS!

Hey guys I don’t have one but I WANT one! I do photography and this would be perfect fot those events in the rain. Last time we had a wedding and it rained we had to have one person holding an umbrella over the other person that was shooting. Problem solved with Nubrella!

We are huge fans of Shark Tank and I thought of this as it’s pouring right now and my teen son had to walk home in it. He’s drenched….definitely want the backpack/nubrella combo ASAP!!!! Congrats on your deal with Damon!!!

Wonderful, putting groceries away when poring out rain & trying to hang onto my purse & holding onto an (umbrella) is a chore and the same thing for years doing the same old fashion way, this is a real joy (yea) I can really use both hands and finish loading & unloading groceries into the car & same thing taking groceries into my home. JUST BRILLANT)
Love the SHARKS for helping our wonder guy out.

Protects my shiny bald head like nothing else. I love counting my money in the rain while keeping it dry

Nubrella Pack seems like a great idea for kids who walk or bike to school, and for college students too! Can’t wait to see it.

Wow! I hate getting wet. I don’t have one yet but hope I get one for Xmas. It’s looks amazing! I normally have to use a magazine to stay dry but I can’t read it after it gets wet. With Nubrella I stay dry and read my mag!

Hey I really think it’s a great idea, I especialy need the Nubrella Pak and expected for it to be ready to order already, I hope it’s actually on time for next year.

I own the oringinal, and I absolutely LOVE it!! I first saw it on a comedy show naming it one of the dumbest inventions, but I think its one of the most greastest inventions! of course I get looks and stares, but I think its because they’re wet, and im dry using my smart phone!! Lets design one for dogs, mine hate to get wet!!

Don’t own one yet but saw it on the S Tank. Yes, you don’t look cool but I have been snow blowing and had the snow crystals blow back in my face. This would be great for that job.
    Still looking for investors?

This is a great concept & much needed product. I live in south Texas where it is sunny; but when it rains it might be only 4 minutes but it really Raines! I saw this on Shark Tank.

  23. 4 out of 5

I do not owe one but viewing the video, ready the concept behind the invention is an absolute for today society, I am a cycles here in Southern California and I think you for Nubrella…Long time coming but now it’s here..Get yours because I am definitely getting mine.

After seeing this on Shark Tank, I would definitely like to have one. One question and one statement: does this fog up with your breath? And it would be nice to have a tinted panel overhead front for places like Florida where it is likely be bright even though raining.

  25. 5 out of 5

My review is based solely on the concept, since I’ve never owned the product.

That said, I think that this would be a real blessing for me, since I live north of Seattle, where it rains a lot, and I am disabled and reliant on a mobility scooter for my transportation needs. Holding an umbrella while operating that scooter at the same time is a major pain in the behind, especially when the wind picks up and causes the umbrella to temporarily invert itself.

I have not purchased one yet but I’m very interested in the product. I like to fish in the rain. Wash my car when its raining. Me and my wife have a bicycle built for 2 that we ride for some distances and hate getting caught in the rain.

I’m waiting until there are more options available such UV protection such as tint that can be seen through.

I have two dogs and require two hand when taking them on walks. The nubrella would definitely be a great way to relieve the frustration associated with taking my dogs out when its pouring rain.

I’m an avid hiker and I’m super happy somone has finally found a solution to carrying an umbrella without your hands. I can’t wait to try the Nubrell Sun.

I watched Mr Kaufman’s pitch on Shark Tank, love the idea, curious to know if interested in Central Africa market. It rains 3to 4 times a week, and lots of people walk long distances. Bravo!

I walk with two crutches or I use a wheelchair, and I cannot normally hold an umbrella. Coat hoods con’t work well to keep my glasses dry. This looks like a great solution for me!

Love the new open front design. I see the benefits so you can now talk and see with no interference. Great product Alan!
